I’m a dedicated cloud engineer with over 5 years of experience supporting enterprise clients in complex hybrid environments — from Linux-based systems to AWS infrastructure. My journey began in military intelligence and evolved into technical support, where I honed my problem-solving and automation skills. Currently working as a Linux Support Engineer at Jonas Software, I’ve improved system reliability, reduced incident resolution times, and supported high-traffic environments across multiple platforms.
